Lifting and Firming
As we age, our skin and muscles become less toned and more susceptible to the forces of gravity. At Changes Medical and Wellness Spa of Orlando, we have developed an innovative approach for lifting and firming the contours of your body and returning much of the firmness and muscle tone lost over the years. We offer a series of treatments that help improve skin and muscular slackness, often producing noticeable results after the very first treatment.
During treatment, the muscles are stimulated with a delicate exercise that encourages tissue lifting through isometric contraction. An isometric contraction is creating muscular tension without changing the length of the muscle. This method torques the muscle without consuming any energy from surrounding fat reserves. The muscle gains lift without reducing size, a fact that is especially important when lifting the breasts or buttocks.
The Body
The Changes Medical and Wellness Spa lifting and firming treatment uses isometric muscle contractions to physically exercise the muscles. This method alternately tenses and then releases the muscle, helping the muscle to strengthen. The muscle will, over time, regain its natural elasticity and tone. Tissues attached to the muscle (i.e. face, breast, buttocks, under arms, etc.) will also lift recreating a more youthful overall appearance. Positive, visible results are often attained after the first treatment.
Slimming and Toning
At Changes of Orlando Medical and Wellness Spa, we combine three treatment modalities to enhance slimming and toning your body’s problem areas. We call our treatment system the Changes Triplex Toning System (CTTS). One treatment precisely stimulates muscle movements. These movements produce a measurable reduction in size and tones targeted skeletal muscle groups. The muscle contracts at maximum intensity without injury, residual soreness or intense physical activity.
