Ismael A. Beloso, D.O.

Medical Director

Dr. Ismael Beloso has dedicated his professional life to helping others experience a more productive, healthy, personally satisfying life. 

In his position as Medical Director, Dr. Beloso provides medical expertise to ensure that Changes Medical Spa of Orlando provides scientifically advanced wellness services to patients who come from all walks of life with a variety of personal and health challenges. His patient care process is holistic, innovative and revolutionary and his mission is to help his patients experience an optimum quality of care resulting in improved quality of life.

Dr. Beloso completed his residency in Family Medicine at Florida Hospital East in Orlando following an internship in Pediatrics at Orlando Regional Medical Center in Orlando.  He received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida after earning a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration, graduating magnum cum laude from the University of Central Florida. 

Beloso is board certified in family medicine and holds a medical license in the State of Florida.  In addition to his position at Changes Medical Spa, Dr. Beloso also serves as a Concierge Physician with the East Coast Medical Network.  He is an active member of the American Osteopathic Association, the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association and the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians.
As further evidence of his personal commitment to improving the quality of life for others, Dr. Beloso has donated his time and expertise while participating in medical missions to Guatemala, the Philippines and Colombia. 

Dr. Beloso resides in the Orlando area with his wife, Beatriz, who he met while on a medical mission in Colombia.  Ismael is an avid song writer and, along with his two sisters, has produced and released two independent Christian music CDs. He sings and plays the guitar and is an active member of the First Baptist Church of Orlando’s worship band.

 

Mary Frias, RN

Nursing Director

For more than a decade, Mary Frias, RN has dedicated her life to the profession of nursing.  Her personal mission in life is to make a positive difference in every being she encounters. Mary’s philosophy is one of continuous self improvement, a goal that is equally attainable to anyone through empowerment of self and awareness of body, mind and spirit.

Mary’s overriding desire to help others achieve both physical and emotional health prompted her to join Changes Medical Spa of Orlando.  As the Director of Nursing, Mary ensures that medical spa patients receive the highest quality of care in a compassionate, professional manner. 

Having attained a Degree of Nursing from Florida State College, Ms. Frias continues to pursue educational excellence while providing nursing services and leadership at Orlando Health in Orlando, Florida.  She is currently enrolled in a Legal Nurse Consultant Program to expand her nursing expertise.

In addition to working full time and pursuing educational opportunities, Mary has found the time to donate her expertise to charitable causes, including being an active participant in the Women’s Help Center Mission and the Sacred Heart Legion of Mary.

 Mary Frias resides in Central Florida.  She finds spending quality time with her husband and daughter a vital and exhilarating experience that she truly appreciates. In what little spare time she has, Mary also enjoys traveling the world.
